April 2011 - We are pleased to announce that Mark Hyde and Kath Pearson have joined the board of directors. Mark brings with him many years of invaluable experience of running successful fastener companies, and will boost the profile of Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd., joining as Chairman. Mark has invested heavily in the company, and currently we are purchasing additional machinery and working towards a move to a larger premises (more news to follow). Kath Pearson has a wealth of experience in selling into Power Generation and other industries requiring bespoke fasteners and has joined as UK Sales Director.
May 2011 - We are pleased to announce that Pete Kelly has joined the board of directors and will take his place in the team as Purchasing Director, Pete also has extensive experience in bespoke fasteners, and over the years has added management of computer systems to his portfolio.He will also act as our I.T. Manager.
June 2011 - We are pleased to announce two more additions to the team, Joe Brennan who has joined us as Petrochemical Sales Director, with 7 years experience of selling bolting into this sector. Jeason Hylton has also joined as Area Sales Manager, looking after Scotland. We also welcome Dave Morgan, Quality Inspector to our burgeoning team, another vital cog in the BNML machine.
July 2011 - We are pleased to welcome an additional estimator to the team in Stuart Gwynne who has spent most of his working life in the fastener industry in a variety of roles.
4th July 2011 - We are pleased to announce that we have moved to our new premises in Coseley, just a short distance from our previous home. The additional square footage means that we can grow the business organically and have already added several items of plant. We will now be able to stock raw materials to a much greater degree, and will be adding finished petrochemical bolting before the end of 2011.
July 2011 - Our latest addition to the team is Dave Bradley, who has joined as Export Sales Manager, after a period of time working in Costa Rica, in a bolting company, we welcome him to the team, another addition with a long history in the area of special fasteners.
January 2012 - We now have the facility to accept payments by VISA card.
February 2012 - We have now taken delivery of our 100 tonne threadroller, this gives us the capacity to thread roll up to M100 in most materials.
